Marquis

Marquis is a designer-leaning gas line, and it earns its place on our floor twice over: once for the Enclave and Solace built-ins, and once for the Capri, which is the gas insert we install more than any other.

What we stock

The Capri insert comes in three sizes (24, 34 and 44), which is why it fits so many Toronto fireboxes, from narrow Victorian hearths to wide bungalow openings. On the built-in side, the Enclave series is rated for zero clearance to TVs and artwork above it, the Solace and Solace II let you run clean-faced or louvred, and the Bentley, Serene, Skyline and Atrium round out the range. The Vantage and Titan cover stoves.

Who it suits
