What our showroom is really for is turning that picture into a plan. You sit down with a specialist who helps you figure out what fits your space, what is feasible and what is not, what the process looks like from measurement to installation, and what it will take to bring it to life. You walk out knowing exactly where you stand.
What a visit looks like
We start with your space: photos, rough measurements, and the idea you have in mind. From there we explore options together in the full catalog, hundreds of models from brands like Napoleon, Marquis, Kingsman, Regency, Jotul and Dimplex, far beyond what any showroom floor could hold. We keep about ten fireplaces burning on display, so you can stand in front of a real flame and judge the presentation and heat for yourself.
Straight answers on feasibility, process and cost
This is the conversation that saves you weeks of research: which venting routes your home allows, whether a gas line run is realistic, what works in a condo, how code and permits factor in, and what the timeline looks like. Our specialists will tell you honestly when something will not work, and what will get you the same effect instead. Pricing is part of the same conversation, so you leave with a written quote instead of a guess.
